Mother Mother - The Sticks

mother4

Even though Mother Mother just released their last album Eureka, on March 15th of last year, they are planning on releasing a new album later this year entitled The Sticks. Mother Mother is one of the hottest bands out of Vancouver right now and you can catch them at the Coca-Coca Stage at the Calgary Stampede on July 15th.

In Concert - Garth Brooks

garthbrooks2_h

The 100th anniversary of the Calgary Stampede is fast approaching and there was a big concert announcement this morning. Garth Brooks will be playing a show in Calgary on July 12th at the Scotiabank Saddledome. I know we don't post much in terms of country on this blog... but this is big news. Garth is one of the best selling musicians of all time in the United States following only Elvis and The Beatles.

Ticket information will be announced this coming Tuesday.

Yeehaw!
